It’s a Miracle on Peachtree in Buckhead

Miracle on Peachtree is back with new and festive, family-friendly events and activities to usher in the holiday season. From hot cocoa crawls to Christmas wreath decorating, local shopping and festive live performances, you’re certain to find more than one way to celebrate the season in Buckhead.
Festive Fun at Buckhead Village

Get into the holiday spirit at Buckhead Village from Dec. 6 through 14. Here’s what’s you can expect:
Santa on the Buc Shuttle
Santa and his elves takeover the Buc Shuttle on Friday, Dec. 6 from 7 a.m. to noon.
Hot Chocolate Crawl

The annual hot chocolate crawl is back with two dates, locations and vibes. On Saturday, Dec. 7 take a festive stroll through Buckhead Village while sipping on delicious drinks for the entire family from 4 to 7 p.m.

On Saturday, Dec. 14 head to Buckhead Business District, which includes Lenox Square, Phipps Plaza and Peachtree Road. The hot chocolate crawl takes place from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. You’ll enjoy live music from local musicians and festive live performances as you sip, stroll and shop for the holidays at both locations.

Wreath Decorating Benefiting Atlanta’s Heroes
Spread holiday cheer by helping to decorate wreaths and sign cards for all 43 fire rescue stations across Atlanta. Sign up online and volunteer as a family. Several tables will be set up in the Veranda in Buckhead Village on Saturday, Dec. 7 from 12 through 2 p.m., complete with all the supplies you’ll need to help make their season merry.
Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony
Livable Buckhead invites visitors to Charlie Loudermilk Park to see a special preview performance by the Georgia Boy Choir as part of the holiday tree lighting evening on Saturday, Dec. 7 from 6:45 to 7:45 p.m.
2024 Christkindl German Market

The German American Cultural Foundation’s 2024 Christkindl German Market will be set up in the Buckhead Village District. The market features more than 50 vendors offering festive food and beverage treats and items to purchase plus live music and entertainment on the weekends. This traditional holiday market will run from Nov. 22 through Dec. 24, daily. Hours are Friday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Monday through Thursday from 3 until 8 p.m.
Christmas with the Georgia Boy Choir
Visit the Peachtree Road United Methodist Church on Dec. 20 and 21 from 7 to 9 p.m. to hear the internationally-acclaimed Georgia Boy Choir perform Christmas carols, classics and holiday tunes. Purchase tickets online.
Holiday Happenings at Phipps Plaza and Lenox Square
Phipps Plaza

- Holiday Markets — Enjoy live music, local artisan vendors, holiday movies and more on The Green, Nov. 30, Dec 7 and 14 from noon to 6 p.m.
- Grinch on The Green — On Dec. 7 from noon to 3 p.m., guests are invited to bring their pets for photos with The Grinch on The Green.
- Hot Chocolate Crawl — Both Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza will have vendors participating in the Miracle on Peachtree hot chocolate crawl on Dec. 14.
- Photos with Santa — Here’s where to get photos with Santa during Miracle on Peachtree, including Phipps Plaza, Lenox Square and the Christkindl Market.
- LEGO Discovery Center Holiday Bricktacular — Visit the Atlanta location of LEGO Discovery Center from Nov. 29 through Dec. 31 to enjoy seasonal LEGO build activities, see MINILAND Atlanta transformed into a festive holiday landscape and more.
Lenox Square

- Canned Food Drive with ACFB — Lenox Square is partnering with Atlanta Community Food Bank to host a canned food drive launching on Black Friday through Dec. 31.
- This year Atlanta Ballet 2 performs excerpts from “The Nutcracker” with a special complimentary 30-minute performance in the Luxury wing on Nov. 30 at 6 p.m.
- Story time with Santa — Enjoy a festive story time with Santa on Dec. 7 from 10 to 11 a.m. on the Mall Level outside of Macy’s.
- Live Reindeer with Santa’s Sleigh (a photo op) — On Sunday, Dec. 22 from 1 to 3 p.m. Santa’s sleigh and two of his reindeer will be outside the Lenox Square main entrance for DIY holiday pics.
- First Responders Family Night with Santa — First responders (with valid ID) and their families will enjoy complimentary photos with Santa on Dec. 5 from 4. to 7 p.m. with prior reservations.
- Caring Santa® — On Dec. 8 from 9 to 10:30 a.m., visitors with special needs and their families can enjoy a private Santa experience and photos on the Mall Level in Macy’s Court at Lenox Square.
- Mirror Ballerinas and Snow Globe Performers — Mirror Ballerinas and snow globe performers will dazzle shoppers in the Luxury wing at Lenox Square while they shop for last-minute gifts on Dec. 21 from 3 to 7 p.m.
Holidays at St. Regis Atlanta
Experience the magic of the holiday season when The Astor Chalet from Lucy’s Market returns to The St. Regis Atlanta Nov. 18 through Dec. 25. Shop from a selection of festive gifts, stocking stuffers, food, wine and home decor. Experience Afternoon Tea with Santa and Christmas Day brunch. Young guests will delight in the Santa Tuck-in which includes a private story time experience with Santa, an autographed copy of The Night Before Christmas, cookies and milk before bed, Nov. 29 through Dec. 25.
Brunch with Santa at the InterContinental Buckhead Atlanta
On Sunday, Dec. 8 Santa will join families at brunch at the InterContinental Buckhead for cookie decorating, hot chocolate, freshly baked doughnuts, a holiday movie and brunch buffet. Reservations are available for 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. seatings. Professional photos available for purchase.
